Park's Skoda Dumfries were great because the staff are just brilliant so friendly! There was no peer pressure and feeling forced to buy. Owen who dealt with us was so friendly and helpful and didn’t pressure us he told us when we were ready to look at finding a car we could call him and he would do what he could to find us the exact car we wanted and he did just that! Was such a pleasant experience buying our car from here definitely will use this dealer again!

My experience at Park's Skoda Dumfries was well everything was positive. The website is helpful and easy to use even from a phone. The garage is clean and welcoming. There were at least a couple of cars in my price /miles/ age range but I liked the Scala. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. Amy is new to Parks although not to car sales and was great. Clearly knew her stuff. (And makes a great cup of tea) thorough and reassuring. Afterall it’s a big investment. Was nice to see the team around her seemed supportive of her being new without being overbearing. It felt very positive. Amy has answered my silly questions and gave a follow up call welcoming any more silly questions I have. Very impressed with the whole service.
Parks has a good reputation and it’s easy to see why.
