My experience at Park's Land Rover Inverness could have been better because there has been poor communication throughout the whole experience, between both myself and different departments at the site, causing confusion over the car being ready to collect.
It doesn't really feel like I've received at 5 star experience which has surprised me as I've always been of the opinion that Land Rover offers a luxury product and service.
I just don't have that 'new car' (albiet used) feeling with this purchase.
There still seems to be body work and valet services outstanding on the vehicle, not that I've been made aware of this personally.
I was happy with the service at Park's Land Rover Inverness because every effort was made to make my deal ss good as possible by helpful and sincere staff.
The service and communication received from start to finish from Jordan was second to none. There was no ‘hard sale’ just genuine customer service and she was always on hand to support with any queries.
Delivery of the car was also arranged via Jordan, with Trevor. Both members of the team were knowledgable, friendly and genuine, with the car been delivered in the arranged timeframes.
Wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.
