I'd definitely recommend Park's Hyundai East Kilbride to friends and family because the service and salesperson were first class.
I would not recommend Park's Hyundai East Kilbride because of numerous failings, this being one of them - i did not buy a car from Parks East Kilbride, I am Mr Deignan, not Mrs Deignan.
While Chris and David were as helpful as possible Fraser needs a bit more training in showing empathy and listening and gain a better knowledge of the cars he is trying to sell.
At this moment in time I cannot recommend Parks East Kilbride as the state of the cars on display was awful, no information on them, no sold sign in cars that were sold, 2 of the 3 cars that I looked at weren't fit for sale and went to scrap, and despite saying on the Wednesday that I wanted to test drive a Jaguar, the car wasn't ready for me returning on the Saturday - I went to Parks Motherwell and bought a new Omoda 5 where the buying experience was much more enjoyable.
Parks had my deposit of £2000 for around 10 days - we have bought three cars from Parks East Kilbride in the past, but i doubt we'll be back

Michael at Parks of Hamilton was fantastic. I called him as I wanted to know what my options were before either trading my current car in or keeping it for another year! Michael was honest with me from the get go and I found him informative, helpful and most of all, he understood what I needed. He wasn't pushy, he didn't do a "hard sell" but let me go away and think about everything he had advised me on before making a decision. He found me the perfect car for the right price and I cannot fault him. Thanks Michael!
