My experience at Park's Ford Elgin was memorable because as a whole was fantastic, specifically my sales person Kedar Kitone was very professional in his role, he explained everything in great detail and offered everything applicable in relation to my purchase. The show room was immaculate and a few of the sales persons acknowledged us upon entry and offered hot beveridges whilst we wait for our appointment. Also i loved how the service plan is an option which i purchased for my vehicle and costs very little, such a fantastic way to service and for very little a month. 10 out of 10 for everything in relation to my purchase, absolutely love my new car and couldnt of found a better fit for myself, the only thing i have found that has a slight negative impact although is not an issue at all is that when i viewed the vehicle online it was advertised as standard, but on my paperwork i have the car as hybrid, and didnt think to ask my sales person at the time, so bit of confusion as to whether my car is hybrid as no badges or hybrid gauge, i know very little about these things so im assuming not but may confuse others aswell if its on their paper work, but definately isnt a problem none the less. Overall maximum satisfaction from me
