My experience at Oldham Volkswagen could have been better because I feel as though ive been conned. Arranged pick up date got told ALL outstanding work would be done paid money got given 2 keys then got told service not done would have to go back another day. Drove off not happy rang day later mentioned faults on car and faulty key got promised it would be done on service. The faulty key wasn't the fault with the radio wasn't! Another waste of my time got to to contact Audi as its under 3 years old. Contacted them got told if its not manufacturing issue charge to repair would be £150 per hour and key £90 !!
Told swansway they said get quote and let them know. THIS SHOULD HAVE ALL BEEN DONE PRIOR TO COLLECTION. Another day now I will have to arrange to take it to audi.
I feel as though you took money under false pretences . I was in no rush for the car and told you that .
Just feel as though ive been conned as mentioned earlier. Not very reassuring for future customers. Certainly wouldn't buy from them again. False promises.
