My experience at Norwich Audi

I would recommend Norwich Audi to friends and family because they deliver the car, I am still waiting for the V5C Logbook, the first one i got was for a deferent car, when will i get the V5C Logbook for the car.

My experience at Norwich Audi

I would not recommend Norwich Audi because very very poor communication after a fault with the vehicle. I took delivery of a vehicle not fit or safe for purpose due to the rear seat not being fixed at all and a ringing wet carpet behind the drivers seat in the passenger foot well , and never got an explanation. Very poor communication regarding this matter , they never got back to me when they said they would .
The only thing they did right was to return my money. Will never use them again .

My experience at Norwich Audi

on collection of vehicle mentioned to sales person vehicle wasn't cleaned very well his reply was underwhelming as just said we are having issues with our valet team, why is that my issue ?, also when asked about service and MOT due date found out MOT was due in under 10 days again not very impressed his reply oh must have been over looked so we had to arrange revisit for an MOT test, then when looking around vehicle found drivers rear seat belt was frayed so what else has been over looked when asked about this was told sales person spoken with manager and sorry but cant help so more expense for me overall not very happy or impressed wont be returning and properly tell others same.

My experience at Norwich Audi

I would not recommend Norwich Audi because 1) I had to wait 40 minutes at the train station due to a lack of communication within the sales department and b) my car is currently not drive-able due to a fault which should have been spotted prior to delivery.
