My experience at Northside Truck and Van Immingham could have been better because the new vehicle we purchased had no end of problems and was taken by many times. We complained to the Manager who did little or nothing. when we asked for the complaints procedure to take matters further he said they did not have one. Totally incorrect. Since taking the matter out of his hands and going 'further up the ladder' we have been assisted and we thank them.

I would recommend Northside Truck and Van Immingham to friends and family because they are good at what they do.
