My experience at Northover Cars Ltd was memorable because, Jason was very easy to deal with. Everything happened quickly and the car was delivered to my home with days. Very good service, so good that order a van from them before the car was even delivered. Both the van and the car came on the same day. Fantastic
I only had limited time to drive the newly purchased car, but for the first few hours of driving it, the car appeared to be as described, no bad surprises so far, which is very good. We chose to have the car delivered to us, and the car was delivered clean, with new Service and new MOT as promised. The person who delivered the car was polite and friendly, a nice man. At the dealership, they were friendly and explained things thoroughly. As long as a car dealer gives a genuine description of cars, it means buyers can trust that the dealer, and the dealer cares about their reputation and about having happy customers. I would surely check their car stock again when the time comes to change car, or if a family member needs to buy a car. So far, so good.
The experience at Northover Cars Ltd was fine. Car had an almost flat battery which caused problems when we stopped local and then tried to restart.
Contacted dealer 2 days later to advise Battery had been charged with a smart charger but wasnt holding charge. Was told to phone warranty. Not brilliant
