NEW STREET CAR CENTRE LTD

I'd definitely recommend New Street Car Centre to friends and family because I really couldn’t fault the service I received at the car lot. Delivery of the vehicle was soo helpful.

I was happy with the service at New Street Car Centre because the vehicle was exactly as described on the website, the staff onsite were great to deal with, without any sales pressure, and the vehicle was extremely clean. A short test drive confirmed that vehicle was the one I wanted. I bought on the spot and drove the car back home without any issues. I'm delighted with the vehicle and would thoroughly recommend New Street Car Centre.

My experience at New Street Car Centre could have been better because the car was filthy. Inside and out like it had been being personally used with food on the floor in the back.
I had to ask for it to be cleaned when i got there it states online all cars are valeted prior to collection i rang the day before to check it was ready and i was told it was clean and ready to go. I had to hang around for an hour for it to be cleaned and upon arrival to collect the spare key no one was there , when they did eventually arrive the car was still dirty on the outside. when pointing this out they just walked off.
I have since been in contact about a missing locking wheel nut and been totally ignored.
i have also checked and they have ticked a ‘mini service’ was complete and ticked ‘add blue added’ however today after only 300 miles my add blue is flagging it needs re filling meaning that this was never completed by the garage as stated in my service records! I fully feel that my service and MOT completed by them has just been a tick exercise and i will be booking it into the garage ASAP to have the car looked over as i am now not confident with them using their own garage that this has been completed properly.

buying a new car- especially one at 12k should be a happy exciting time and this was unfortunately far from the case with my experience.
