My experience at Motor Match Crewe was very good up to the point on paying for the car , Emma Watson was very helpful & made me fell very welcome & at ease.But there was a administration error that needed sorting & it took far to long to sort out at which point I was getting quite frustrated, apart from that Emma was very informative and professional & would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience at Motor Match Crewe. What really set it apart was Andrew. He was one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered. He was incredibly gentlemanly and thoroughly knowledgeable about his job. I wish we had more of him working in retail across the country.
