My experience at Motor Match Bolton was positive because as a younger person people tend to be less inclined to provide great customer service to me due to large majority of the people within my generation being branded as “time wasters “. From the begging of the process - viewing the car to collecting the car James was extremely professional and made the process of buying my first car very easy and positive. He was easy to speak to, he provided me with the necessary information and kept me updated. When I was purchasing the car, another team member was present- Mark . He was also really nice and offered support .
Whenever I called the dealership my calls were answered. I didn’t feel pressured at any point of the process into agreed to warranty or other services. I liked that I was provided with all the information and was given time to make decisions.
Overall everyone has been very helpful and friendly.
