I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Slough because there were too many things that went wrong such as me turning up for two appointments and the appointments were cancelled last minute but I had already arrived. When chasing for a schedule for the parts to arrive over a 6 day time period , I didnt get a call back until the fifth call. On the first collection of the car it was poorly valeted which was then rectified.There were lots of minor defects such as a broken parcel shelf, no dust caps on all four wheels , the fuel cap didnt open correctly, a scuffed wing mirror and dented bumper which have all been rectified but should have been checked by MB in the first place. This was my 8th consecutive Mercedes the others coming from Tunbridge , Basingstoke , Stevenage x2 , Reading , Poole, and a dealer round the North circular and this was my worst experience by far. On a positive note Tony and Jemia tried hard and both were pleasant to deal with.
