I'd definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Norwich because I got a great deal on the car I wanted and both Aaron and Seb were very friendly and helpful, leading to a great customer experience!

Mercedes Benz of Norwich were helpful because they put us at ease with absolutely no hard sell. Everything was explained really well and the process wasn’t rushed at any point. There was a mix up with a vehicle that was being brought in for us from another site which was not down to anything Mercedes Norwich did wrong, however they handled this very well and helped us find another car quickly which we went to purchase. Very impressed and will definitely use for servicing and purchase future vehicles from Mercedes based off this experience.

My experience at Mercedes Benz of Norwich was outstanding from the start. I have never purchased a vehicle by email before but found the entire process once I had seen what I wanted easy and Aaron Jones was exceptional, he provided me with a video of the car so I could get a feel for it and kept me up to date by email throughout the process. Aaron knew I have a busy job and not always contactable by phone so dealt with every aspect by email, no pushiness just wonderful service.
I then decided to have the car delivered rather than collect it and Scott was the wonderful man who delivered the vehicle to me on a Saturday morning exactly on time and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Eventually after an hour or so of chatting and showing me the car and ensuring everything was OK he left.
My overall experience with both Aaron and Scott has been amazing from start to finish and I am very happy with my purchase and would buy from this dealership again despite the distance from my home in North Wales
