Mercedes Benz of Cambridge

I was happy with the service at Mercedes Benz of Cambridge because the salesman Dominic had all the answers to my queries and more.

I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Cambridge because the sales person committed us a second key which gonna be delivered in 2 weeks now its been one month and I contacted them many many times and they said they received a key since 3 April from Germany after chasing them more than 5 time they said we posted towards a dealership near you and again its been 3 days no update no reply on emails. My suggestion to the salesman is first of all don't commit any to customer if you do and some how its delay could be any reason its can happen but if customer chasing you again and again is not nice.

I'd recommend Mercedes Benz of Cambridge to anyone because of the excellent service I received from all the staff I encountered.
