I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Ascot because they were very helpful and attentive pre sale but post sale their service has be3n very poor. I have sent an email advising of an issue I have which was ignored, made 3 phone calls where I was promised call backs (non received) and even visited the dealership. When I visited once again nobody was available to talk to me but was assured I would get a call back. That was a week ago and still no call. Being ignored 5 times would seem to indicate a pattern.
