However two senior managers with the authority to offer a price for my trade in vehicle were so intransigent I walked out of the discussion at one point. Only after further discussion with the direct sales staff was an agreement reached

My experience at Mercedes Benz Beaconsfield was memorable because we were helped through the purchasing process by very helpful experienced staff who were never pushy with selling us the car we had chosen. Within 2 days we had picked, test driven, sorted out all the finances and driven our new car off the forecourt.

Mercedes Benz Beaconsfield were great because It is the 2nd time i have purchased from them and the sales executive who was the same person on both occasions could not have been more helpful.
