I originally went to look at a specific car that had unfortunately sold by the time I got there but Stephen was so helpful and informative and he really understood my requirements and what I was looking for.
As a female buying a car, I am always over looked and spoken to like I am totally clueless. But at McCarthy cars, they were completely different to any other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Steve made me feel heard and I had full confidence in my purchase.
In regards the the cars they are all fairly priced with excellent warranty options. They dont just try and upsell you to the most expensive packages and vehicles. Obviously they show you what they have to offer but they are not pushy at all. All staff that I encountered were all so friendly and personable. When the time comes that I may need a new car in the future, McCarthy cars will definitely be my first port of call.
