The staff at MG Motor Group Ltd were good because
1. They asked what type of car and price range I was interested in and went above and beyond to also look at make and models in my price range that would be arriving that week. My car had drastically failed it`s MOT and from arriving at the garage on Tuesday 25th Feb they had the new car ready for Friday 28th Feb when the MOT and tax were due to expire.
2. Every opportunity was given to test drive the cars I was interested in , chance to travel a good distance which enabled me to get used to the car I was driving.
3. Once I had chosen the car I wanted the service was excellent, the garage kept in touch with regards when the car would be ready to collect, the car had been fully valeted on arrival and they sat with me to explain all the paperwork , helped to tax the new car and showed me how everything worked on the car as well as setting me up with bluetooth. nothing was to much trouble .
