My experience at Luscombe Mitsubishi Leeds was cracking because I am in Cardiff so this was a distance contract. My local dealers could not source the vehicle I wanted so I went through Autotrader and got in touch with Luscombe. Fazz Ahmed was fantastic from the outset, he got the vehicle I wanted after moving stock around, there was no pressure to go ahead which I liked, and all the documents were easy to do over emails. Then Jane was lovely to deal with and I had a personal message from Robin the owner at the end. I am amazed at the service I received it was outstanding. They even supplied car mats as my local dealer could not get hold of these either. I would recommend this dealership to anyone - just supberb.

I was very pleased with my recent car purchase from Luscombe’s of Leeds because the buying process was easy, there was no pressure to buy “extras” that I didn’t need. This was the first time I’ve purchased an electric vehicle & I feel any questions I had were answered thoroughly. There was a slight issue when I took collection of the car but it was sorted very promptly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Luscombe’s of Leeds.
