The experience at Lotus Glasgow was great because they did not pressure sell, they were incredibly knowledgeable and clearly love their product. Communication was clear and concise and very professional. Car was ready on time and presented beautifully

My experience at Lotus Glasgow could have been better because we travelled to the dealership to view the car. After having a good look around and inside the car we where very interested in the car and asked if we could have a test drive.
The salesman wasn't keen on allowing us a test drive in the car as someone had looked at the car earlier and was thinking about buying it but hadn't actually bought it.
Reluctantly after some persuasion from another salesman we were given a test drive in the car.
After a few days of negotiation we agreed a deal to purchase the car.
When we turned up to collect and pay for the car i noticed the car didn't have a full tank of fuel despite being told it would be.
I told the salesman that i was told via email that the tank would be full as part of the sale. Instead of an apology or an offer to put this right i was told that i should be happy with the deal i got as i got "top dollar' for my trade in.
I'd endorse Lotus Glasgow because the sales executive was friendly professional and knew his stuff..a great asset to Glasgow Lotus
Terrible, went in for a coffee and some mugs! Left with a brand new Emira, 10/10 will buy coffee mugs again!
