Lookers Skoda Stockport

My experience at Lookers Stockport Skoda could have been better because the during and after sales service is poor. The phone rarely gets answered and they rarely ring back. The day of handover was changed the day before I was due to pick it up (only because I rang to check, they didn't ring me). I had changed my insurance details to the new car and had to spend half an hour on the phone setting up a completely new policy for my old car for the three extra days. On the way home, I noticed there was a crack in the windscreen, and to be fair, they said they would replace it free of charge. However, it hasn't been done and I am having to constantly chase Lookers to get anywhere. So much for 'Customers for life'.

My experience at Lookers Stockport Skoda could have been better because they didn't complete the MOT and a valet before we collected the car plus other issues.
