I had made my mind up to change my car, I was shown a selection of cars in my price range. I test drove a couple and made my choice. I had the car within a week. I am very pleased with the car.

No effort made by the sales manager to join in the negotiations. Disappointing that there was no flexibility in the the price of the purchased vehicle especially as I later found a identical car at a rival dealer at several hundred pounds less, therefore proving my loyalty to Lookers meant nothing.
