My experience at Lookers Blackpool Volkswagen could have been better because i paid a deposit for the car I bought, however it was on offer on your website before I collected it for less than i purchased it for.I contacted lookers (sales person) but he didn't agree to sell it to me at the lower price. I was offered a tank of fuel! The price difference was far more than that. I had to ask to speak to a manager. It has taken until today for me to receive a cheque for the difference. I had to call twice to chase the cheque. I felt belittled that I had to chase the cheque twice, also humiliated that my car was being sold for less than I would have paid if I hadn't looked on the website again.
