My experience at Lookers Blackburn Volkswagen could have been better because the vehicle sold to me was un road worthy the tyres were beyond the legal limit, the parking sensors were not working, the brakes were juddering. I have had to go to Lookers in Battersea numerous times where the service is excellent however it takes my time and fuel having to keep going back.

He made us feel at ease and very comfortable throughout the whole process and the communication between us was professional. We are extremely happy with our first Volkswagen vehicle and hope it the first of many to come, we will definitely be returning when we are ready to purchase another car.
