Lookers Audi Sunderland were helpful because the staff were top class, they're the reason I'd certainly go back. Bethnie Sarah on reception was very welcoming, Adam & Alessio who dealt with my purchase were very professional, polite, helpful & knowledgeable & Dom who instantly took ownership of an unfortunate incident that occurred with the car when I bought it. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there & will definitely be in contact with those staff members when deciding on a new car in the future.

Most of my corrrespondence was by email, and all queries were responded to quickly and efficiently. Very easy transaction and delivery to Norfolk all the way from Sunderland.
