My experience at Lexus Carlisle could have been better because the car wasn't ready when we arranged to pick it up ,,we had to wait another week ,,then when we did pick it up inside hadn't been cleaned properly ,,, sales man ,couldn't program in phones properly ,, no keyring on any keys ,, in fact on reflection the whole process of buying this car was bad . The manager is nice but the sales guy callum needs a lot of training as he hasn't got any idea of a lexus car ,,
