My experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham could have been better because mistruths were told throughout the purchasing process leading to an argument and confusion on the day of pick up. One thing was told to us by the salesman and contradiction from the manager and a second sales person following the dismissal from the dealership of the first. Poor customer service and stressful purchase as a paying customer. Will not be returning.
The experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham was great because their sales reps take good care of you. I was picked up from the train station and received very good service upon my arrival.
I'd definitely recommend Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham because so helpful with great communication
