I'd suggest Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham to a friend because my sales contact Kris was very helpful & has responded to my subsequent queries promptly. He was super friendly and explained everything very clearly.
I would not recommend Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham because I had to chase the progress of the sale, I am and continue to chase policy details for tyre, alloy and gap insurance even after phoning numerous times, sending requesting emails and contacting sales manager I still do not have policy details I have paid for!
I'd recommend Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham because they have an amazing team there. Rowan was our sales person and he was brilliant in every aspect of the sale. He considered all our needs and made sure we were comfortable with the purchase. Also Kristian is a brilliant and valued team member. He completed our sale and paperwork on the day . Theses men are a credit to the team and I would definitely shout out their names to anyone who would like to go and look at purchasing from the car dealership Johnson’s of Bordesley Green Birmingham. My experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham could have been better because Kris Haynes has given me entirely incorrect information relating to finance and warranties. This has lured me into taking the VW finance agreement, and now the documentation reveals something very different to what Kris described. He didn't have the few mins to return my call, but did have time to send a long email which makes me think he is uncomfortable answering my question. It is a real shame as he was very good during the process but it now transpires he has given me false information which is devastating with severe financial consequences for me. I will be taking this to the very top if needed as this level of mis-selling and false information is not acceptable.
