I would not recommend Johnsons Mazda Oxford because communication was poor at every stage of purchase. It was not clear when we would receive important documents or when the car would be delivered and we had to rearrange several important journeys and events around the expecations of when the car would be delivered. I am still without a manual for my car, having to use YouTube to understand important safety features. I am without a spare tyre which was agreed during sale.
The staff at Johnsons Mazda Oxford were good because Elliot was great. From the minute we met him, he was so friendly and personable. We really clicked with him and he made our experience very enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about the cars.
