I had a great experience at I S Autos because from start to finish I was kept informed about the preparation going on to the vehicle, from getting all outstanding issues resolved > manufacturers recall to service n full MOT and full valet done before releasing the vehicle > throughly outstanding care and attention to both the car n to me > haven't had this type attention since I met the Mrs lol.

I was happy with the service at I S Autos because I have bought a car from a trusted, considerate, established garage. Sold by people I felt I could trust. In particular, I would mention the salesman, Stuart, for his efforts in getting the car to via a home delivery, as well as subsequently sorting out a key repair. He really did go the extra mile!
I S Autos were great because From the minute we walked into the office my daughter , son in law and 2 granddaughters came with me we were treated so kindly and politely we were made to feel comfortable and nothing was pushed onto us we were given time and the owner let us go for a test drive he also added a list of upgrades he would do to the car for me which he did do , I couldnt believe how generous and thoughtful he was to do this , A genuine nice guy he is a gentleman ,his staff were friendly as well I cannot thank everyone enough and would recommend all my family and friends to go to I S Autos
I S Autos were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they very friendly and easy to do business with. Sher was happy to deliver the car halfway for us to pick up. Some bits in the boot were missing and the floor mats but he sorted that out and had them sent to our home address within a few days. Good to deal with.
