My experience at Horizon Honda Salisbury could have been better because I have emailed the dealer (sales person) regarding the delivery of warranty and extended service documentation we should received within 3 months (As told by the salesperson at collection). I emailed at 3 months, it is approaching 6 months since purchase, no response, and no documentation.
