The experience at Horizon Honda Christchurch was fantastic because the name “Honda” is in itself a recommendation for quality. The staff were themselves advocates of this and, having used my new car for some time I am quite satisfied that my choice is probably the best anyone could make.

The experience at Horizon Honda Christchurch was great primarily because Mr Graema Mears took the time to discuss our needs and answer our questions. He did not bombard us with sales talk and he addressed our requirements in a calm professional manner. He gave a fair valuation of the vehicle used for part exchange and explained the required administrative details. He arranged everything for handover and collection of the new CR-V very efficiently.
Following collection of the new car we noted a minor problem with the tow-bar electrics and Graeme arranged for this to be rectified at a mutually convenient time.
All in all, the whole process was handled extremely well.
