My experience at Holdcroft Volvo Hanley was memorable because excellent customer service nothing to much trouble. I live 180 miles from there showroom so the purchase was done via telephone. The Sales Executive Alan went above and beyond, presenting a video presentation of the vehicle I was interested in, even collecting me from the railway station on handover.
