My experience at Holdcroft Renault Hanley could have been better because I felt like i was being sold a car from a homeowner. No Log nook, No tax had to fetch it from a local post office. Asked to attend the dealers after I complained, I seem to be doing the running around. The car was not clean to a good standard inside. I understand the sales man had a bad leg however the showroom manager should have put him on lighter duties. Very poor service and felt like i was being conned

I would not recommend Holdcroft Renault Hanley because I bought a paint and interior protection system, so called Gen-3, that I paid for and that was sold to me along with the car I purchased from Holdcroft Renault Hanley.
I am unhappy with the coating that has been applied to the interior of the car, as it does not seem to offer the standard of protection that was demonstrated to me in the showroom beforehand.
I have already had to return the car once as the neither the paint protection, nor the interior protection nor valet appeared to have been done. I am now happy with the paint work, but am still not happy with the interior work.
Either the coating has not been properly applied, or the demonstration of liquid repelling, that was done for me by the Sales Executive, Abdul Muktar in front of the Manager, Peter Kidd, was not a true representation of the products capability. I have been trying to contact the Holdcroft, At first instance, the receptionist took a message and promised Peter Kidd would contact me. After a week time no one has been in touch and every time I try to phone, the calls don't go through like they have been blocked.
I would not recommend Holdcroft Renault Hanley because you don't get the car when promised and I have been waiting a week longer than I should of
I have had 4 cars from holdcroft hanley in total. This last car I have had to chase for lots of different reasons the sales man is rude and is very unhelpful. I was miss sold the paint protection. I was given scratched up wing mirrors both sides when collecting the vehicle which were not like that literally days before. I had to chase for car mats that i was promised and also got overcharged on my paperwork which had to be resolved. I am still chasing my logbook and a refund for a miss sold policy to only be told today that the car sales man is getting fed up of dealing with these same issues all the time with me as apparently its not his department. .
I will only be using this garage for my next 2 free services then after that I will go else where when my PCP is finished.

I would not recommend Holdcroft Renault Hanley because when I purchased a vehicle and put a deposit down, I was then told that the car needed new suspension bushes and they couldn’t get them. The car should have been checked before being advertised. Then spend 4 week having to ring up Abdul at holdcroft as he sold me the car. Would not tell me the full story as to why the car wasn’t ready, continued to argue with me over the fact it shouldn’t have been for sale until checked. Eventually after 4 week they was willing to let me take the car but it had to go back for a part. Makes no sense as why can it all of a sudden be road worthy when no new part had being put on. Something seemed really wrong with the sale so I asked for my deposit back. The car has now being re advertised a day after i told them I didn’t want it. Poor customer service from them. Never will be going back
