I would not recommend Holdcroft Renault Crewe because although the initial
Purchase went smooth, the aftercare has been awful. Within 6 weeks it had to go back to the garage and the customer service has been shocking. They’re quick to take your money for a sale but not to deal with any difficulties afterwards.

I would not recommend Holdcroft Renault Crewe because issue as not addressed and was not not care attitude, still awaiting a response to my complaint

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on the platforms which you have. We rely on feedback, both positive and negative, as we're constantly striving to improve our customers' sales and aftersales experience.
I am sorry that you feel that your issues haven't been addressed. I have investigated your query with the management team at Renault Crewe and I'm told that there were 2 x issues raised at point of handover. These issues were your request to receive documented accounts of the service history on the Audi which you'd chosen to purchase. The second issue was that you were slightly dissatisfied with the standard of the valet. I am informed by Gareth, your Sales Executive, that both of these issues were dealt with to your complete satisfaction prior to you driving the vehicle away, the resolution being: a copy service history was emailed to you from Audi as this is now only held digitally and the areas of concern with the valet were attended to and dealt with. I have been made aware by Gareth that you arrived 3 hours early for your scheduled handover time and stated that you were happy to take delivery of the vehicle without a valet at all but Gareth managed to shuffle some earlier vehicles around in the valet queue so yours could be pushed through. However, I do apologise that the valet did not meet your satisfaction in the first instance.
Gareth has also informed me that post-delivery you raised a query regarding the mileage on the vehicle versus the mileage that was advertised online. Due to the fact that this query wasn't raised until a number of days after delivery, in conjunction with you living a long way from our site, we're unable to definitively state that a discrepancy was evident but we acknowledge that an admin error could have caused the vehicle to have been advertised with circa 500 miles less, as per your claim. If this is the case, I offer you my apologies on behalf of the dealership. Circa 500 miles on a vehicle of this age would not negatively impact the value of the car but I am informed that, if you were not accepting of this, then and offer was made for us to take the vehicle back and provide you with a full refund. I understand that, up to now, you have declined this resolution offer. If you now wish to take advantage of this, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at craig.rammell@holdcroft.com and I will arrange the necessary. This offer will remain open until 6pm on Wednesday 21st July 2021. I'm sure you will understand that I cannot leave this offer open indefinitely.

My experience at Holdcroft Renault Crewe could have been better because the wheels were curbed and no locking wheel nut adapter supplied

I would not recommend Holdcroft Renault Crewe because THE ITEMS FOR ATTENTION AGREED WITH THE SALES PERSON AT THE TIME OF SALE WERE NOT COMPLETED. I WAS FORCED TO RETURN HOME IN A LOAN VEHICLE AS MY CAR HAD NOT BEEN SERVICED AND HAD NOT RECEIVED AN MOT TEST AS WAS REQUIRED.
