Due to a much longer commute, we needed to replace our car. So we did a lot of research, visited various garages across the NW, and had some test drives.
However, from the minute I spoke to Connor at Hyundai Hanley, he stood head and shoulders above all the other garages we reached out to. He was incredibly helpful, wasn't pushy at all, and was actually interested in what our priorities were eg. age/price/mileage/warranty - and gave sound advice accordingly. This really impressed me. He was also happy to answer all my questions. On top of this, he even sent us a video of the car we were coming to see.
We were coming to the Hanley Hyundai garage last, and had decided, even if we really liked a car at another garage, not to choose which car to buy until we had met Connor, because he'd been so helpful. And I'm glad we did.
From start to finish he was brilliant. He was friendly, helpful, accommodating, funny, chatty and puts you at ease. He's just a genuinely nice and likeable person who really puts in 110% with every customer. He is a brilliant salesman! Not because he's pushy - quite the opposite. You feel comfortable with him and he will go that extra mile to help you.
We did buy the car from Connor and we are very happy we did. He gave the best customer service of all the main dealerships we went to, was the most helpful, and the car itself is fantastic. We are really pleased with it. We've never owned a hyundai before and we love it. It's a pleasure to drive. And it was beautifully prepared for us and gleaming!
I would highly recommend the Hyundai garage in Hanley and we'd certainly go back to Connor for our next car. If you are reading these reviews and wondering whether to pay them a visit, I highly recommend them. Connor is fantastic, personable, and just a really genuinely nice person.
If there was one motto to sum up our experience with the Hyundai garage in Hanley and Connors service, it's 'You go in as a stranger, and leave as a friend.' This is a garage that really has customer care right. 10/10.
