My experience at Holdcroft Honda Crewe was very poor and could have been better. The car delivered with missing items from the interior such as the parcel shelf and both rear doors pockets inserts. The fog light glass was also broken. I had to keep calling to chase the parcel shelf and the wrong one was sent to me. Customer service and after sale is very poor. Once the sale is complete no one wants to know. I'm still trying to chase them to send the correct parcel shelf that was already in the car and was visible in the photos and the video.
My experience at Stuart Graham Honda could have been better because the handover was postponed twice, the car had two faults when purchased. I felt lied to more than once and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously but the management

I would not recommend Holdcroft Honda Crewe because I did not deal with them, I dealt with Honda HANLEY
My experience at Stuart Graham Honda was abysmal.I was misled as to the history of the car and was assured in writing that all remedial work had been carried out before collection.It was not.They have not responded to my complaint.

I would not recommend Stuart Graham Honda because the car they sold me has a fault with the brakes and they won't fix it! Wish I hadn't bought the car now!
