Hills Ford Kidderminster especially James who dealt with us through the whole process of purchase was extremely helpful, he approached us during our initial visit listened to what we were looking for and gave us chance to have a look and ask any questions we had, every questioned we asked was answered with great detail and he made sure we understood everything, all options of payment plans were explained is good detail, and he also kept us up to date until the day of picking the car up arrived, on handover day he explained how the car worked helped us set up and understand the interior of the car and made sure we were comfortable before driving off. Over all our experience was exceptional, and will definitely be returning for future car purchases.
