I would not recommend Hereford Audi because i bought a car with undeclared damage and missing the 'FSH' service book (which i was also not told - i found out after purchase for myself). They neither apologised for either issue or offered me an annotated replacement for the book. They played down the damage that i was subsequently quoted over £500 to repair.

I'd definitely recommend Hereford Audi to friends and family because they were professional and helpful. Good range of cars to choose from and no high pressure selling! Good customer service when buying and again when I had a problem with the seat belt sensor two weeks later
