Hereford Audi were great because I was given a truly personal service. From stepping in and speaking to Charlotte, the salesperson, to having a few niggles ironed out after collection, the whole service was second to none. It’s not often these days that a car dealership takes time to treat you like it’s your first ever car, especially when it’s not brand new. I have been thoroughly impressed by the whole service and Charlotte has gone above and beyond. Thank you

My experience at Hereford Audi could have been better because management being rude and not helpful. Dealerships are nice when they sell a call, but awful with aftercare.
