The used car that I purchased was a good, honest motor but the service offered by Hereford Audi after purchase sadly left a lot to be desired. There were a few scratches and windshield chips that were promised to be addressed, but the car arrived without, also sans the driver’s side carpet. Upon contact, the sales agent promised to get the scratches fixed up and get the carpet sent via post. Nothing happened of course, and the agents were very hard to reach via phone so I eventually had to give up. It’s shocking that as a customer I’m expected to call and follow up every day to bring the car to a level that it should have in the first place! I would not consider Hereford Audi for another purchase, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Hereford Audi were great because the staff were extremely helpful and were very quick to respond to a follow-up call after we had completed the purchase.

I'd recommend Hereford Audi to a friend because I was able to transition my PCP smoothly and within budget, to a car better suited to our growing family.
