We had a very positive experience from the initial contact with Vicky Yule. She found a car that we specifically wanted that was not available locally, arranged for it to be transferred to the local dealer and booked a test drive at a time convenient for us.
After agreeing to purchase the car, Vicky was very accommodating when we asked to have a tow bar fitted, prior to collecting the car. This was all arranged directly with the man that fixed the tow bar.
Overall a very easy and pleasant purchase. We are very happy with the car and would definitely use Hendy car store Dorset again and will recommend to friends and family.
