Hendy Van Store Portsmouth were fantastic because Marion the sales person was friendly patient and professional.
My van had numerous faults some dangerous. Was supposed to have been through a 90 point inspection, but had no brake fluid in the reservoir, side door didn't close properly, tpms fault? Key detection fault. Van was recovered to their Crawley branch the day after purchase. Customer service is even worse there. Collected the vehicle after nearly two weeks, when I asked the guy on service what had been done to van he just said (don't know someone else was looking after it!). Just gave me the key and disappeared,van was covered in dirty hand hand prints. emailed the manager of Portsmouth for an update and he didn't even bother to respond!!. Once they have your money they don't care. Avoid !!

The experience at Hendy Van Store Portsmouth was great because. From the initial contact all was very smooth. They had the van and the walk round video match the existing published pictures.
Arranged to collect because delivery was more expensive than collection.
At handover Gary was great and helped setup apple connect for my Wife who was driving the Van home.

I had a great experience with Hendy from start to finish. Everything was explained properly and Gary who we dealt with was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
