I would not recommend Hendy Van Store Gatwick because Vehicle didn't have the fuel in we had paid for and broke down on the way back from the dealership
Hendy Van Store Gatwick were great because the service I received from start to finish was great. The salesman listened to my needs and helped me with getting the vehicle I wanted to the Crawley garage. I have purchased my last 3 cars now from Hendy Crawley and have always been exceptionally pleased with them. I will return again.
I felt like I was constantly have to chase the salesman to spend money with them. I finally got a video of the pickup and the salesman pointed out damage which i was told their smart repairer fix these before it was delivered upto me. The pickup was delivered and the repairs hadn’t been carried out, the pickup clearly hadn’t been valeted and was completely filthy inside and out. I also noticed the coolant cap was missing and when Doug responded back he explained he actually removed it off my pickup for another customer car and forgot to replace it which i find highly unacceptable. I made Doug aware of the issue of the smart repairs not have been carried out and how i was disappointed in the condition the pickup had been delivered to me valet wise. This is not what i expected when spending £27000 with a large dealer. Unfortunately i cant upload photos on here to show how dirty the pickup was.
