The car itself is great. However we were advised to go for the ceramic coating and we don't believe it has been applied correctly if at all. The car wasn't cleaned inside or outside which leads us to believe that the interior/exterior coatings haven't been applied. The manager has offered to have our car detailed again, however it is not convenient for us to do this given the distance away from the garage. We are disappointed as we specially asked multiple times before collection about whether the car was ready and we were told yes. As a result, due to this bad experience we have requested a refund. We have yet to hear back despite chasing.
