The experience at Hendy Renault Dacia Poole was exceptional, Elan introduced himself, he was so helpful and polite, he showed us around the showroom and a few days later we had a test drive and a sale was made, all the time being very professional nothing was to much trouble, even a week after another call to see how everthing was going so thank you Elan fantastic customer care

I would not recommend Hendy Renault Dacia Poole because after sold my car I have some issues with paperwork and I tried several times call them and sent emails and after 4 weeks I haven’t received answers for the seller or emails and never pick up the phone

My experience at Hendy Renault Dacia Poole could have been better because I didn't feel very welcomed. The sales advisor couldn't make any decisions and had to keep going off to a manager. Blunt answers to questions even made a mistake which resulted in me paying one thousand pound more. No movement on negotiation just wanted the sale. For the amount I paid for the car I expected more
