I'd definitely recommend Hendy MG Poole because the service from Ray Francis is perfect. Not too pushy and very polite.
I would recommend Hendy MG Poole to friends and family because of their friendly and approachable demeanor. We dealt with Kirsten who was excellent with us, taking her time to answer questions and walk us through everything. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and easy and the post-purchase interactions have been excellent as well, they couldn't do enough to help.
My experience at Hendy MG Poole could have been better. The salesperson failed to follow through on promises, and I had to make multiple follow-up calls just to receive basic documentation, MOT, and the service record. I'm still trying to get confirmation on the service history, which has been unnecessarily difficult.
