Hendy Land Rover Southampton and in particular George were fantastic. There was no hard sales pitch, I was guided and then left to make my own decisions and the customer service was exemplary. At all times I was to feel welcome and in control of my purchase. I am delighted with my car.

I dealt with George and he was very welcoming, knowledgeable and interested in what I was looking for. He listened to my requirements. We test drove a car but ended up buying a different one based on my feedback after the test drive. George was so friendly and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. I’d previously been to another LR dealership and walked away with a feeling of indifference from them. So I was very happy to find the dealership in Southampton.
I would not recommend Hendy Land Rover Southampton because there are items missing from the vehicle specification advertised and one key doesn’t work. I haven’t had replies yet from 2 emails on this matter.
