I'd recommend Hendy Kia Portsmouth because the sales staff are very helpful and you feel in no way pressured to buy what they want. It is all about what you want from the car you are purchasing. I have brought 2 new KIA's from Hendy and both time service has been superb from them. The cars have been very reliable and I have no problem recommending the brand and the dealership for sales, service and choice of cars.
Was very pleased with the customer service, in no way felt pressured, and Matthew answered all my initial questions and explained the whole process in detail that was easy to understand.
I'd definitely recommend Hendy Kia Portsmouth to friends and family because purchasing a new car was a pleasant experience. Craig Blake (salesman) did a good job keeping us informed whilst the delivery was delayed.
