My experience at Hendy Kia Bournemouth was memorable because, Tate the salesman was very helpful and explained everything very well, however on our first trip which was to the south coast of Cornwall i experienced difficulty in seeing clearly through the front windscreen, it turned out after close examination that the car was covered in either wax or industrial fallout i think the latter, i have attempted to clean the windscreen, i did this whilst away in Cornwall and intend to either take it back Hendy's or attempt to clean off the debris myself, I have saved photos as evidence, apart from all this i am very happy with the car, I await for your reply.

My experience at Hendy Kia Bournemouth was memorable because the Salesperson, Ben Ward, made the whole process easy and enjoyable. His knowledge of the whole Kia range was excellent. He explained features, car performance and other information fully and accurately, and also ensured I understood the various purchase options. On purchase of the car, I was swiftly but carefully taken through the paperwork and the date of collection agreed. All in all a pleasurable experience, the car is superb and the sales experience made it trouble free and enjoyable.

The experience at Hendy Kia Bournemouth was fantastic because all was explained very well and every request was met positively. In addition, when made aware that I had difficulty getting to the garage on the proposed pick-up day, the sales person offered to pick me up at home on the day and drive me to the garage on the morning concerned. This was done and completed a very pleasant and friendly purchase process overall. He also answered a phone query that I made following the purchase, quickly and in a very professional manner.

Hendy Kia Bournemouth were great because the sales representative went out of his way to help me as I have recently had major heart surgery. He was extremely helpful, polite and took the time to answer any question I asked.
