The car was delivered with a part missing and the salesperson promised that a replacement would be supplied. My emails on the subject were lost in Spam (that can happen), promises to phone back were not always kept, after some chasing I was told that the car was not supplied with that particular part. I looked online for the same specification car that showed the engine and eventually found one that (surprise, surprise) showed the missing part in place. That is were it stands at the moment. Someone might eventually get back to me and this critisism may be unfair, however, I understand that there is a time limit on completing this form and I wanted to get it in. The part in question is a (possibly) cosmetic cover over the spark plugs and there is no real problem driving the car without it in the summer, however, whether it becomes a problem with damp in the winter is to be seen. This particular incident has completely ruined an otherwise OK experiance, it would stop me from recommending you to anyone else. It would also stop me from getting the car serviced at the dealership.
I would not recommend Hendy Hyundai Poole because of the poor service I have received after payment being made in full and after vehicle delivery. For the past 3 weeks I have been chasing your salesman Oscar Howard and now your Sales Manager Tyrone Wright for the past few days about the GAP insurance I purchased (and paid for in full) - asking for confirmation that it has been activated and the policy documentation. There's radio silence from them. I have even called and left a message on Tyrone's phone today, spoke to your colleague who answers the phone and she has taken a message too. Haven't heard back from them at the point I'm writing this feedback.
My experience at Hendy Hyundai Poole could have been better because i was told delivery would be march 9th..told to cancel my existing lease for end of march..then nothing..from nov to end of feb when i called to arrange collection. Then i was told May ..then june 16th then end of june and got the car in July. The explanations were pretty pants to be honest. I think their lending me a car from march to july was great but all the same id rate communication as poor. You cant talk to anyone. You leave mgs etc etc. The service plan was forgotton..i asked in November . I never got paperwork or quote til after delivery. I called and left a msg. called and spoke to 2 people on differnet days then said sort it or ill return the car..then i get a call...so i now have a car i love so far...a service plan..i wont hold my breath on it. Not recieved anythnig after payment. no deltails no nothing...so would i recommend..NO. Communication is pants with service or with Sales. I couldnt have my car for 3 days because the salesman was off...really. So not impressed so far. LEts hope it improves because we have two cars and are next is planned to be a Hyundai..the new Iconic6..but we will now wait another year or so and see how we go on with servicing and communication.

My experience at Hendy Hyundai Poole could have been better because if the car had been cleaned , only 4 miles charged on electric no water in washer bottle, boot liner not in car locked in warehouse somewhere on site. Sales manager did say small stone chips would be done there. of us were there at the time but apparently he didn't say this.

I would not recommend Hendy Hyundai Poole because the car was delivered with 2 barely legal front tyres which was flagged on the mot and I imagine the service they did too. After emailing 5 or 6 times, calling and getting no response or reply I am now considering returning the vehicle

My experience at Hendy Hyundai Poole could have been better because I couldn't get the car when I wanted it as there was finance which had not been cleared.He tried to sell me a hybrid at first which I did not want.The last customer's details were left in the glove box which is a GDPR breach. The car hasn't been cleaned and they have lost the spare key.
When I phone it takes a day for them to contact me.It has been a very stressful experience and I have been very upset with it all.
