I'd recommend Hendy Honda Eastleigh to anyone because the service was professional, friendly and helpful. After looking at at the cars in the showroom we chose a demonstration car in our price range. We were given all the information about the car and booked a test drive and decided to buy the car. The experience at Hendy Honda Southampton was Ok and in general I am satisfied with the vehicle and our salesman Jordon was mainly helpful, I sometimes wondered if he was listening to us. As for the valeting service it was hopeless! We asked that the car be cleaned again before we picked it up and I couldn't see any difference, smeary marks on the dash, door panels and screens. There is an unpleasant smell and on damp days this is very evident and we keep finding animal hairs. Poor attention to detail.
I would not recommend Hendy Honda Southampton because whilst the salesman Andy Innis was very good the car has damage to the front and rear bumper and was not well valeted.Disapointing for a main dealer.My previous car from Hendy Ford in Fareham was better presented
