I love Ford, since I was child. So much history in the car industry and such good affordable cars. Wouldn’t buy anything else.

Hendy Ford Southampton were great because the salesman Ben Blandford listened to my vehicle requirements and showed me vehicles which fitted them. He showed us round what I thought would be the vehicle for us answering questions as we went. He was very professional and knowledgeable there was no pressure tactics and he gave us time to think things over and contact family members. He followed up later the next day and we arranged a test drive at a time convenient for us. He was diligent in explaining the finance available after we agreed to purchase. He kept us informed of progress . We arranged collection for what we thought would be a quiet time unfortunately a football match caused us to be delayed and by the time we reached the garage he wa dealing with another customer, this was no problem as he had organised his colleague Jack to complete the process and was able to maintain an overview of this . Jack was also very professional and did a great job. Ben’s professionalism and knowledge gave us confidence we had made the right choice.
